Crafted with a durable 600 Denier rip-stop outer and Teflon coating, this rug provides dependable waterproof protection while remaining breathable. The no fill (0g) design makes it ideal for mild temperatures or horses that do not require additional insulation.
A breathable nylon lining helps regulate moisture and maintain comfort, while the shoulder gusset and carefully designed pleats allow for greater freedom of movement.
Designed to suit a wide range of horses from miniature Shetlands to your Shires, this turnout rug offers a secure and adjustable fit. With twin chest buckles, cross-over surcingles, and adjustable leg straps, it ensures stability during turnout.

- Do not tumble dry

- Hand washing is recommended where possible

Waterproof & Breathability
All Equii-Est turnout rugs are designed for reliable weather protection and comfort.
- Waterproof rating: 3000mm
- Breathability rating: 3000–8000 MVT
- MVT (Moisture Vapour Transmission) measures how effectively moisture escapes the rug. Higher values mean improved breathability and comfort.
The rug’s hydrophilic PU coating helps draw sweat away from your horse’s body, allowing moisture to move outward through the fabric.
During heavy rainfall, the outer layer may temporarily saturate, reducing airflow. This is normal for waterproof breathable rugs and can sometimes be mistaken for leakage.
Major seams are taped for waterproof protection, although it is not possible to seal every stitching or fastening point.
All waterproof rugs have taped seams at the stitching joints however it is not possible to tape seam or heat-seal every stitching, webbing or fastening from water penetration.
