1. General
By accessing and using the Equii-Est website and placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
When creating an account or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for restricting access to your account. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account security has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version applicable to your order will be the version in force at the time your order is placed.
2. Order Acceptance
Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email detailing the products ordered. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.
Acceptance of your order takes place when your goods are dispatched.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order or offer a suitable alternative. Where this occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error relating to your order, we will contact you and offer the option to:
- Confirm the order at the correct details, or
- Cancel the order and receive a full refund
If we are unable to contact you, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
3. Gift Cards
E-Gift Cards are delivered electronically via email. No physical voucher will be issued.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly. We cannot accept responsibility for errors in email addresses or for gift cards used by unintended recipients.
We are not liable for lost, deleted, stolen, or misused gift cards.
Once purchased, E-Gift Cards:
- Cannot be cancelled
- Cannot be refunded
- Cannot be transferred for cash
By purchasing or using an E-Gift Card, you agree to these terms.
4. Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframes stated on our Delivery & Returns page. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Equii-Est shall not be liable for delivery delays outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership (title) of the goods transfers once full payment has been received and delivery has occurred.
Any goods received damaged or defective must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims for missing parcels must be made within 28 days of dispatch. Claims made outside this period may not be investigated.

5. Payment
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.
You may be required to complete additional verification checks with our payment provider before your order can be processed.
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
If a pricing error is identified after you have placed your order, we will contact you to offer the option of cancelling your order or proceeding at the correct price.
6. Returns & Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return your item. Goods must then be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
Items must be returned:
- In original, unused condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
- In a clean and dry state suitable for resale
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of goods has been diminished due to unnecessary handling.
We are unable to inspect or process returns that are not clean and dry due to Health & Safety obligations.
For items believed to be faulty due to defective materials or workmanship, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible. Continued use of a damaged product may be deemed acceptance of its condition.

7. Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty or mis-described, we cannot accept returns of:
- Items showing signs of wear, use, hair, dirt, or odour
- Toys that have been played with or chewed
- Rugs or accessories not returned in resaleable condition
Non-returnable products will be clearly stated on individual product pages where applicable.
8. Discount Codes
Promotional codes may be issued at our discretion.
- Valid for online use only unless stated otherwise
- Only one promotional code may be used per transaction
- Codes have no cash value and are non-transferable
- Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless specified
We reserve the right to withdraw promotional codes at any time.

10. Warranties & Liability
Product information is provided in good faith and believed to be accurate at the time of publication. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free or complete.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equii-Est shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our products.
