Delivery
For deliveries within mainland UK, orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.
All deliveries are sent via courier Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
For deliveries outside mainland UK, please contact us at info@equii-est.co.uk for a delivery quote prior to placing your order.
Christmas Returns
Orders placed between 1st December and 19th December qualify for an extended returns period. Items purchased during this time may be returned up until 2nd January, provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Orders placed after 19th December are subject to our standard returns policy.
Returns
We hope you are happy with your Equii-Est purchase. If you wish to return an item, please email return@equii-est.co.uk to notify us.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Returned items must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging with all labels attached
- Securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
Please avoid applying tape, labels, or glue directly to product packaging, as this may affect resale value.
A completed returns form must be enclosed in your parcel. If you do not have access to a printer, please include a written note with all required information.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs. Returned goods remain your responsibility until received by us — we recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for funds to appear in your account.
Delivery charges are non-refundable once the delivery service has been completed.
We reserve the right to refuse returns where the value of goods has been reduced due to unnecessary handling.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- If still unresolved, contact us at return@equii-est.co.uk
Sale Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items. If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size, colour, or item, please contact us at return@equii-est.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange the exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all labels attached, and must be unused and suitable for resale. Once your return has been received and approved, we will dispatch your replacement item subject to availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty, damaged, or mis-described, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or hair
- Toys that have been played with or chewed
- Products returned without original tags or packaging, or not in a re-sellable condition
We reserve the right to refuse any return where the condition of the item has been compromised.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with supporting photos. Do not return faulty items until instructed.
Continued use of damaged goods will be deemed acceptance of condition.
