Delivery and Returns

All nationwide orders made before 2:00PM are processed and delivered within 1-2 business days with free shipping. For orders outside of England, the processing/shipping time is within 2-3 days and the cost of shipping varies at checkout.

To return items please complete the form below, providing all requested details including whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Please note that returns are payable at your own cost. When returning an item please ensure that you:

  • Contact us via email at return@equii-est.co.uk to notify us of your return.
  • Use suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Inform us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you would like an exchange or refund. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods back to us. Products must come back to us in their original condition and packaging, with all labels attached.
  • Enclose the completed returns form inside your parcel.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, please note refunds can take up to 14 days to appear in your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you havenโ€™t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at return@equii-est.co.uk and send your item to: Battlesbridge Horse and Country, The Mills, Battlesbridge Harbour, Chelmsford Road, Battlesbridge, Wickford, SS11 8TR.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youโ€™ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasnโ€™t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Centre Oaks Farm, Central Avenue, Hullbridge, Essex, SS5 6AU.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donโ€™t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
